A typical session is 50 minutes long. Extended sessions are possible based on the coaching plan, which is evaluated as we progress.

Coaching is typically short-term, task-oriented, and focused on specific skill improvement. Mentoring is a long-term, relationship-driven process focused on holistic growth and development.

During a session, topics may include, but are not limited to, goal setting, journaling, sports performance, school performance, and situational experiences.

If you feel the mentorship is not working, there is no ongoing commitment to continue.

Yes, there are two contracts: one to be signed by the athlete and one by the parents or guardians, to ensure full understanding of and commitment to the process.

For athletes in the Edmonton region, mentoring sessions can be done in person, online, or a combination of both. For athletes outside of Edmonton, sessions are currently limited to online.

All sessions are booked based on current availability. Once an athlete has committed to the process, the first session can generally begin within 5-10 days. To ensure session availability, booking in advance is encouraged.

All sessions have a 24-hour cancellation policy. For late cancellations, the client will be charged half the session price for the first late cancellation and the full session price for any subsequent late cancellations.

The session fee will vary, depending on the package chosen. Package and pricing options will be reviewed on the initial intake call. Single sessions start at $125, with 10 session packages available for $1,000.
