WHO WE MENTOR

At Complete Athlete Mentorship, our main focus is our mentorship program tailored to youth in elite sports. Additionally, we have a limited number of sessions dedicated to coaches wishing to enhance their coaching style and skills training for elite hockey players looking to expand their current on-ice training program.

Mentorship for Every Athlete

Complete Athlete Mentorship is designed for motivated youth athletes who:

  • Are committed to improving and growing

  • Participate in competitive or high-performance sport

  • Want guidance beyond technical coaching

  • Benefit from accountability and mentorship

  • Want to prepare for higher levels of competition

  • Want to develop as both athletes and individuals

At Complete Athlete Mentorship, we work with athletes from all sports because the qualities that drive long-term success are universal. While each sport has its own technical skills, the mindset, character, habits, and resilience required to perform at a high level are transferable across disciplines.

Confidence, accountability, leadership, discipline, preparation, nutrition, recovery, communication, and the ability to navigate pressure are the foundations of elite performance. Whether your athlete competes in hockey, soccer, volleyball, basketball, swimming, gymnastics, golf, track and field, or any other sport. Our mentorship is tailored to each athlete’s individual goals, challenges, and stage of development, helping them build the tools they need to succeed both in competition and throughout life.

Coach Mentoring

In addition to working with athletes, Complete Athlete Mentorship offers personalized mentorship for coaches who want to strengthen their leadership, build meaningful relationships with athletes and families, and create high-performing team cultures.
